Ms. Liu Yujie is the Chairman and Co-CEO of UESH since September 2016 and August 2017 respectively. She is mainly responsible for the overall corporate strategies, strategic planning and development of our Group.

She has been working in Hong Kong, Singapore and China for over 20 years and is familiar with the business environment and regulatory requirements of these jurisdictions. Ms. Liu has extensive professional experience in capital markets, business promotion, securities offerings, merger and acquisition (“M&A”) and corporate management. She has participated in the initial public offerings and underwriting over 30 companies on Hong Kong Exchange (“HKSE”); and led and completed the M&A of several companies in both Hong Kong and Singapore.

Ms. Liu is currently the board member of several companies listed on HKSE: namely China Water Affairs Group Limited (stock code: 855), New Universe Environmental Group Limited (stock code: 436); and Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited (stock code: 3633). She was formerly the executive director of SIIC Environment Holdings Limited (“SIIC Environment”), a company listed on both Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) and HKSE (stock code: 807) from November 2009 to August 2014.

Ms. Liu is the council member of the Singapore Water Association.

Ms. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Foreign Trade from the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and has obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of International Business and Economic in Beijing, PRC.
