Mr. Sunny Wang is the Chief Investment Officer of UESH. With a keen eye for market trends and a deep understanding of risk management, Mr Wang leads the company’s investment initiatives to maximize returns and ensure sustainable growth. 

Mr. Wang has more than 15 years of professional experience in finance and has been involved in Singapore and Hong Kong IPO, merger and acquisition, fund-raising, external and internal audits. He started his career in BDO LLP, specialising in the audit of clientele in the manufacturing, environmental and construction industries before moving on to the commercial sector. 

He was formerly the Senior Group Finance Manager of SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (Stock code: BHK.SG, 807.HK), a top-tier integrated player in China’s water and environmental markets, where he took the leading role on the secondary listing in Hong Kong in 2018 and the issuance of RMB10 billion corporate bonds in 2020. 

Mr. Wang obtained a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Oxford Brookes University in 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA).
